I'm trying to reinstall The Frozen Throne, I have the keys on my Blizzard Acc. I don't really know where to look for this on Linux and am pretty confused with the whole "there's not C: drive on Linux everything is a partition" so how would I put the directory to Program Files? Maybe that's the issue?Īnyway, would appreciate any help with this. Now this is where I'm guessing the main issue is. Anyway under the Lutris install page it says " When Prompted by the installer, please set the install directory to 'Program Files', NOT 'Program Files (x86)' " Still can't install and get the same error message. I tried using the custom prefix, no idea if I did it correctly but I put it all in a text editor and then on Lutris under Configure Wine put it under one of the 'Custom Wine executable' I tried doing some searching and came across this thread (although I'm using Mint not Manjaro) I get the error: wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135 So I've been trying to install Warcraft III (not reforged) from Lutris and have been running into an issue. I've only been using Linux for about a week so still know very little. Now it refuses to launch (well it's just stuck minimized, sound works and it's running) I tried a fix for a similar problem that involved modifying etc/environment and adding a line so that window don't minimize when losing focus. The game minimized and refused to restore when clicking on it. I launched the game and it worked fine, but I had no audio because I had set up the wrong output, so I alt tabbed to fix it. I followed these instructions (unsure if that actually works for games) I noticed a lot of screen tearing so I shut down the game and looked for a fix. When I launched it after that it just worked. Somehow, the problem fixed itself after the intro played out (it just went into fullscreen and worked) So, I looked around for similar problems but couldn't find something that matched.įirst time I launched the game it launched minimized and I couldn't get it to restore the window.
